Crackle glaze, known as "kan'nyū" technique, consists of multiple fine cracks on the surface of the glaze. These cracks interact with light to reveal the diverse expressions of Mino ware. No two crackles are ever the same, making each piece unique. This plate invites you to enjoy the serendipitous encounter with the distinctive crackle patterns.
