Created with Hiroyuki Mori, Premium Daily brings together organically grown, shade-grown leaves from multiple farms across Kagoshima, primarily in the Kirishima area.
The blend combines first- and second-harvest leaves, featuring cultivars such as Saemidori and Asatsuyu. Adjusted from year to year, it reflects Mori’s craft in balancing umami, sweetness, and gentle bitterness.
