Created with Hiroyuki Mori, Symphony brings together organically grown, shade-grown leaves from multiple farms across Kagoshima, primarily in the Kirishima area.
The blend is made mainly from second-harvest leaves, combined with autumn-harvest tencha. Featuring cultivars such as Saemidori, Okumidori, Yabukita, and Asatsuyu, it brings Mori’s blending craft to an expressive matcha made for your daily latte ritual.
Ingredients: Organic green tea (matcha).
