The tea mill employs ceramic burrs to finely powder up any variety of tea leaves. You can try experimenting with various teas. Also, there are so many possibilities, like making flavored salts, mixing them into ice cream and yogurt, or adding them to tempura batter. By consuming the entire tea leaf through tea and meals with matcha powder, you can enjoy its health benefits as well!

About Japanese tea ceremony

The tea ceremony has been an essential part of Japanese traditional culture. In Japanese, the ceremony is called 茶道 (sado), which means "the way of tea." 茶道 is not only about entertaining the guests by preparing tea, but it is also about everything that comes with it, including the tea utensils, the architecture of the tea room, calligraphy of the hanging scrolls in the tokonoma (alcove), food (dishes and sweets), flower decorations, and the tea ceremony etiquette. 茶道 is integrated art. The purpose of 茶道 is to achieve the interaction between the host and guests with an open heart through the art.
